An AI tax assistant designed around evidence, not answers. Every response is auditable enough that a specialist would stake a client filing on it, yet readable enough for anyone in the company.

A property-tax advisory firm ran on Excel and an army of annual data entry - and a valuations tool nobody used. The design job wasn't a better calculator; it was triage: telling analysts which properties to review and why.

A case management system for the Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police Department, built around a four-checkpoint identity reconciliation pipeline. The reflection here is on what we shipped, what we didn't, and the structural gap that would shape my scoping discipline going forward.
